Very well located for a good weekend or a good vacation, quiet and close to the sea and the city center, this very bright villa benefits from the best standards of comfort, insulation and ventilation (BBC label). All your activities are accessible by bike or on foot and whatever the season or the weather you will always feel good!
A living - dining room with a table for 10 people and a bar for 5 people opens onto the kitchen. Upstairs, another 20 m2 lounge serves as a game room or television.
Sheets can be provided for an additional € 60-100. We do not have a towel, but we do provide kitchen towels.

Beautiful comfortable and well equipped home, five minutes walk from a sandy beach and sand dunes. Easy 15 minute walk into vibrant town with plenty of cafes & independent shops.
Host easy to communicate with, any questions answered promptly. We enjoyed a lovely family holiday.

Communications clear & access to property easy. We were a party of 4 adults and 3 children. The house is spacious and well set out with all we needed for our 3 night stay.
Ten minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk in to town. We also visited the amazing aquarium in Boulogne-sur-Mer.
Would recommend this lovely house and would definitely stay again. Thank you Stanislas & Madam Dubois
