Le coin cuisine et la fourniture d aliments de base Côme de bouteilles d eau et le café et du thé et quelques épices.
Les lits séparés pour deux alors qu on est certains d avoir réservé un appartement avec un grand lit pour deux personnes.
Les matelas n étaient pas confortables et les draps de couvertures n étaient même pas repassés.
Il n y avait pas de l eau chaude pendant la soirée.
C était compliqué de se servir de télé comme c était en langue italienne.

Eu e os meus filhos menores dormimos apenas uma noite.
No dia seguinte, de forma surpreendente, recebi uma mensagem a pedir-nos 80 francos por termos violado as regras da habitação, por supostamente termos fumado no quarto e danificado um caixote do lixo e ainda, a ameaçar que iriam apresentar uma queixa na Polícia.
Por ser totalmente falso, apresentei a minha fundamentação, até porque eu era o único adulto e nem sequer sou fumante.
No dia seguinte, enviaram nova mensagem a pedir desculpa, alegando que se enganaram no número do quarto.
De futuro, antes de acusarem e ameaçarem os hóspedes, devem confirmar previamente se estão a falar com as pessoas certas para não gerar constrangimentos desnecessários.
Obviamente aceitei o pedido de desculpas, mas ...
$$$$
