Wonderful hostess, who made our laundry for free and in one day, gave us tips for transportation and city locations. Big appartment, with quite everything we needed for our stay. Exceptional location in Bern, only 15 minutes from the main train station by foot. And note there is a great pizzeria and a quite good libanese on the same street ;)
It did not made our stay uncomfortable, however we lacked some tools for cook, for instance a chease grater or a big pot lid. Also, we had trouble to store our food in the fridge as it is not very big and there were many paid consumables (which we don't use) in it, taking up space. All these problems were very minor and did not damage our mood at all ;)

Mrs.Langenberger はとてもフレンドリーでゲストが快適に過ごせるように気を使ってくれます。私はドイツ語が話せませんが、英語で十分に楽しくコミュニケーションが取れました。キッチンは小さく調理道具も新しいとは言えませんが、時々簡単な調理しかしない我々には十分でした。
中央駅から徒歩圏内、バスやトラムで市内を動き回るのにとても良い場所です。
grocery storeも徒歩数分圏内に複数あり、本当に便利な場所で助かりました。
すばらしいオーナーで、会うたびに天気情報や海外旅行思い出について楽しく会話をさせていただき、とても良い思い出ができました。

We liked the location, the place itself, the friendliness of the hostess, the fact that she offered to do our laundry (and did!). Also the hostess's willingness to accommodate a third person for a few days and provided extra bedding and towels.
Overall a near perfect experience and strongly recommended.
AC would have been nice. But it's Bern. Not many people have AC (yet). And it was not a deal breaker.

Großes, liebevoll eingerichtetes und komplett für einen Ferienaufenthalt ausgestattetes Apartment mit einer sehr herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Wirtin, die im selben Haus wohnt, die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte persönlich. Die Lage ist hervorragend, unmittelbar angebunden an den ÖPNV und an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Coop und Migros), das Zentrum ist in max. 15 Gehminuten durch zwei schöne Parks erreichbar. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und möchte hier bei meinen künftigen Familienbesuchen immer wohnen.
