The staff were super accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend this place especially if you want very quick and easy access to old town. Lots of food places and supermarket around as well.

Fantastic contact with the owners, quick responses to all inquiries and requests, very caring and dedicated. The room was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the location was fantastic — very close to the Old Town and the main tourist attractions.
The walls were a bit thin, so unfortunately you could hear quite a lot. However, we were aware of this when making the reservation. Considering all the positive aspects, it really wasn’t a major drawback.

Marija was so kind & attentive & open to any enquiries. They even extended my stay for me. Don’t be put off by the car park. It’s very quiet and the area makes you explore different parts of Split, esp if you have a lot of time here. Just around the cnr there’s an amazing cafe Kava2, best since leaving Australia. It’s up 2 flights but not a problem. The apt has everything, washer, drying rack, comfy bed, super clean, kitchenette. Etc.
Depends if you have neighbors at this time of year, as it’s quiet & how noisy they are. But it’s a compromise because everything else is excellent
