Great location, we found it very quiet and only a short walk to the main hubs. We slept on spare duvets to make the beds more comfy and slept really well but this wouldn’t be the case trying to fit 8 in (couldn’t even see how the sofa converts!), even 4+ would be a squeeze, we were a group of 3 with one room each and were just right.
Needs a little tlc to keep it ‘lovely’. Mould all over the bathroom blind, very scruffy outside with rubbish, broken steps and old furniture. Not enough kitchen resources for 3 let alone the advertised 8.
