This was our 4th visit to Danville and it was lovely as always. Nice quiet park. I think we were the only family on there. Alot of older people with dogs so lovely and peaceful other than our noisy children 😅. We were in a brand new caravan this time so everything was sparkly and new though we've always thought the other ones we've stayed in on this site were very new looking anyway. Could have done with a couple of extra pillows but that's the only negative but I'm sure if we'd have asked they'd have given us a couple more as the staff are lovely.

The caravan was comfy
The site was close to everything we needed
There wasn’t a reception in site or any facilities
Many drivers drove too fast for the site especially with children being out playing

It was quiet
Had to go to another site to collect the key only to be told that the caravan was open and key inside. Surely a simple text would have been better. There was bit of mould in fridge, the TV screen was filthy. The vacuum cleaner was full and stank of urine. Had to wash the cups before using. Bits of rubbish under the beds. Although pets were allowed there wasn't a place on site that you could take them so had to walk through the caravans. I of course cleared up any mess my dog made. Will not be using this site again.
