The apartment is exactly as described and was spotlessly clean. It's quiet and beautfully decorated. I was only there for one night, but it was close to local attractions and convenient for shops. It's really nice to look at but practically it's a really not great.
The door entry is confusing. You are given directions but the main entrance is actually behind you when you enter the courtyard. The staff from the cafe are obviously used to people looking lost as someone came out and got me. Also the code is sent but nobody tells you, you also have to press the unlock button to get in.
My other main problems were the late check in - I think 4pm is ridiculous especially as check out is 11! They do tell you that you can store your bags there earlier but it's really unacceptable in this day and age to have such late check in.
Next problem was the temperature. It was a cold night and there is no heating except for one small plug in heater, with no instructions how it's supposed to work, I wasted half an hour trying to figure out how to turn the heat up and on and when it was working you can only have it in one room. Also having a televison in the bedroom is a bit inconvenient. All in all I think it's a lovely apartment but it's for show not practical.
