For the price can't complain the house / BNB dose look modern how ever could run the hoover over the carpet on the stairs but for the price and seeing it was just me staying actually not bad wouldn't take your family to stay their but for a lads weekend up north absolutely bang tidy as located in the town center and closest pub literally 20m away
it wasn't dirty like the kitchen bedroom and bathroom was spot on just the stairs could of done with a clean but seeing as theirs loads of ppl walking through their you could expect it to be that way

It's nice and close to Bridlington town center. Big rooms.
We couldn't lock our door to go out. The owner was helpful after ringing them. She was going to send a lock smith. We finally got the door to lock. Didn't want to risk coming back and the door wouldn't lock again. We come back at 9ish . On pulling the blankets back the bedding and mattress was very dirty and looked like blood stains. So didn't sleep in bed . There was paint on the leather couches in the room. Damage to the wall .There were people up stairs returned home drunk and were arguing and carrying on till 4.45 am. So me and the lady opposite got no sleep. They kept coming down and banging about and shouting upstairs by are rooms. I think extra clean blankets are needed.

Location is good, easy enough to get in touch with the hosts
Booked for me and my 2 kids, they knew this and still let me book a twin room (?) and then gave us a cot bed for my 3 year old. Okay fine, but it was just that … no pillow, blankets or anything. Had to go back and forth in messages to get something, ended up with a pillow and a bedsheet (not duvet just a sheet). Luckily my boy can sleep on a washing line but not what I expected. Also I wasn’t aware we would have to share a bathroom otherwise I wouldn’t have booked - needs to be made more clear it’s a shared area
