Mayfield Sands

Layout, location, how much room there was. It was great for a family holiday. Two fridges helped for catering & the cooker was amazing. The courtyard was great if the weather had been warmer we would have eaten outside.

The table in the 2nd living room it blocked the only TV. It would of been better in the front room and that table in the 2nd living room. Chairs in second living room the seats are worn out and not comfy. Most of the games have bits missing, so you can't play them. I personally found the bed uncomfortable, but I'm older than the rest. Noisey pipes when flushing toilets, but I found running cold tap helped. You always knew when someone had used the upstairs toilet. BBQ hadn't been cleaned, so we didn’t use it. Fence with side gate needs fixing it's very loose and feels it could fall.

The house and location was fantastic and had everything that you needed. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Lots of games and books provided. Would definately stay again!

Nothing we didn't like

Deceptively big - loads of bathrooms as well as bedrooms. Dog friendly and room for different family members to spread out

Minor areas for improvement- another to would help with so many guests Few more wine glasses (not champagne flutes) would also be helpful

The location is fabulous The house is beautiful

The showers are all not very good the toilet makes a noise every time you flush it The fridge freezer ice bit never works
