Chez Kapameï

Close to town centre. The accommodation and furniture was comfortable, extremely clean , the decoration was unusual and interesting. In English we would use the term quirky to describe the place. It was a cold evening but the heating system was good and was soon warm. Adequate kitchen and cooking facilities for simple meals, very good wi fi. We managed to park outside but ample parking close by. Exceptionally good value for money. Interesting little town but we were only able to stay as a stop over. We would definitely recommend for other travellers.

The stairs up to the apartment were a little awkward and steep whilst carrying cases and bags, but they would not trouble younger/fitter travellers…..we are almost 76 !

Very clean and spacious and very well equipped: coffee machine, microwave, etc Nice decor and very nice period furniture. A great location for exploring the region. Local train station gives access to Lyon and beyond.

My main dislike was the entrance area. The stairs and outside step need to be improved. The step is too narrow and would be a problem for people with poor mobility. The stairs need a proper handrail. The property would benefit from having the Chez Kapamei name clearly displayed on front of building The T.V proved impossible to use but was not really needed.
