We had a very nice stay here as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). The apartment is cozy and simply furnished, but the beds are very comfortable. It has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay easy and pleasant.
The location is great – in a nice area with very good public transport connections. The metro is close by, so you can easily get around without a car (which is exactly what we did).
Overall, a very good and affordable place to stay in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely recommend it.
A couple of things to note: parking was a bit unclear. We arrived late at night and had some difficulty figuring out where to park. Also, there is no air conditioning and ventilation is limited – when you open the windows, there can be some street noise. It wasn’t a problem for us in spring, but it might be in warmer weather.

This well-designed one bedroomed flat was elegantly furnished, comfortable, well and tastefully-equipped with basics, and everything worked (- except the bedside light). Having secure underground parking meant we could leave our car and get a train into central Paris. Access to the RER station was convenient. The host, Whitney, had provided clear online instructions of how to reach it, and also provided useful information about the different areas of Paris. She was helpful and patient when I needed to contact her because of access difficulties due to our low IT skills. (We also really liked the boulangerie and patisserie just along the road!).
The area around the appartment building is modern hi-rise suburbia, so although there is the superlative bakery/ cafe for breakfast, there is really only a butcher, pharmacy and a few fast food outlets within easy walking distance. We had to walk a long way the find a lovely restaurant for our final French meal before heading home. The thing we REALLY didn’t like, though, was the fact that everything was reliant on competent IT access. It was a paperless experience - all instructions online - and the understandable high security access system required us to use four different codes to get into the building and the appartment and access the parking. I suppose this is inevitable and how the world is going, but it would have been useful to have paper copies of information to consult rather than always having to go online. In particular, it would have been good to have the local and central Paris information to read and compare in printed form. We were grateful to be able to contact Whitney by phone at least, when having initial access difficulties.
We chose this booking in order to be able to park securely and access central Paris for a short stopover. We did not require the sell-catering resources. For a small family or two or three young friends travelling together and seeking self-catering access to central Paris, it would be ideal, and very good value indeed. It falls slightly short of ideal for older people who find technology challenging.
