Green Chic est un logement spacieux, équipé et proche des commodités d'usage. Le système de code pour entrer est rassurant. L'hôte est présente et forte heureusement chaleureusement humaine et compréhensive. À l'écoute.
Le mur cassé, les tablettes de la table de nuit non fonctionnelles, la terrasse en manque d'entretien (arbre en manque d'entretien), verre fêlé. Il a fallu ramener la vie dans cet espace sombre pour faire entrer la lumière. Trop de miroirs et pas assez de vibrations positives. Plantes en plastiques poussiéreuses rangées dans l'armoire ! Manque la serpillière...

We really enjoyed our stay! The place makes you feel at home thanks to the cosy decoration. The kitchen is a real highlight — well equipped and perfect for anyone who actually wants to cook. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and the 24/7 remote check-in system is both clear, secure, and clever.
A few small downsides: there wasn't enough soap provided for a couple with a child, and even the refill bottle was empty (it’s a minor thing, but a refills costs 2€...). Access to the garage is more complicated than described : the road is one-way, winding and quite busy, especially at night. Also, since the address is recent and not always recognized by GPS, it can be tricky for Uber or Heetch drivers to find. Lastly, a multi-plug socket in the cosy living room would be a nice addition : currently, everything relies on a single outlet, which can be limiting if you need to plug in a laptop, chargers, etc.

L'appart etait parfaitement conforme à mes attentes, idéalement situé pour une formation à la faculté de santé de Créteil car à 10 minutes de marche. Literie confortable, salon, salle de bain et cuisine très bien équipés, logement très bien isolé du bruit, petits chauffages d'appoint très efficaces, baignoire, terrasse très utile. Le métro est à une dizaine de minutes à pied et donc Paris tres rapide d'acces, nombreux bus à proximité, notamment pour se rendre dans le grand centre commercial Soleil. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. La propriétaire est également totalement disponible pour toute demande ou renseignement et je l'en remercie encore.
Je mettrais un seul bémol pour la poussière sous le lit. Le reste du logement était parfaitement propre.
