Theodora Suite is a striaghtforward, honest and very comfortable apartment overlooking a small beach by a sea wall at the quite end of Karadmena. It is ideal for two but could accommodate four.
The bed is excellent and the bedroom has lots of storage space.
The living room is very comfortable. The sofa beds are very pleasent to sit on or recline on!
The kitchen is small but well equipped.
The patio is first class. It is recessed so it is always possible to find shade.
There are several very good resturants nearby.
It's difficult getting into the sea across some rocks at Banana Beach so we went in at the steps by the sea wall.
The shower cubicle is small but the bathroom is big enough.
Also there was a limited amount of cutlery and crockery - enought for two but perhaps a bit limited for four.

This place is very nice and the location is next to the water towards the end of the Kardamena beach, but close enough to the action. Lovely seaview with large terrace to enjoy the cool and chill vibe. The host, Konstantina is very nice, helpful and she ensured that we had everything we needed(restaurants, taxis, supermarket etc). We stayed in three different parts of the island during our stay in Kos (Kos town, Kefalos and Kardamena) but this was our favourite and we wish we would've stay here longer.

Stupendo appartamento a Kardamaina (Kos) perfettamente organizzato e arredato a due passi dal mare. Silenzioso ti permette di svegliarti con la luce del sole riflessa sul mare e col suono delle onde che raggiungono la spiaggia. Super Consigliato. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Situato in una posizione strategica sul lungomare della città a pochi metri da spiagge, decine di ristoranti, bar, supermercati, locali di ogni tipo e dal porto. Ringraziamento particolare alla gentilissima e simpaticissima Konstantina che ci ha accolti presentandoci la struttura e ci ha organizzato la vacanza con i suoi suggerimenti e le escursioni giorno per giorno e sempre pronta a fornirci consigli per rendere ulteriomente piacevole la vacanza.
Kardamaina è stata scelta per la sua localizzazione al centro dell'isola dista circa 10 minuti dall'aeroporto ed in massimo 35-40 minuti al massimo si raggiungono tutte le principali attrazioni dell'isola.
Settimana di vacanza finita troppo presto.

L'appartamento è in posizione ottima: proprio sul mare e appena fuori dal centro (1 minuto a piedi) e quindi in zona tranquilla ma comodissima a tutto (market, ristoranti, spiagge).
Abbiamo trovato un appartamento pulito, spazioso e molto accogliente, per noi completo di tutto il necessario e anche qualcosa di più.
La terrazza vista mare e panorama è bellissima.
Molto disponibile, attenta e cordiale la persona che gestisce l'appartamento.
