The property was very spacious with massive rooftop balcony with stunning views from Every room, the location was perfect just a short walk to the harbour. Everything you need in the property and kept very clean. Just been re furnished and can’t recommended enough. Will definitely be returning one day

Casa spaziosa, pulitissima e arredi completamente nuovi. Posizione eccezionale e terrazza da sogno.
Qualche dettaglio migliorabile: la lavatrice ha avuto qualche problema e alcuni accessori in più in cucina sarebbero utili e più in linea con il livello molto alto della struttura.

Appartement refait à neuf et remis en location depuis deux semaines. Très belle décoration. Accueil par la propriétaire qui nous a tout expliqué. Nous sommes restés 8 jours et le ménage et les draps et les serviettes ont été refait à mi séjour. Possibilité de parking à proximité facile mais sans réservation. Emplacement très calme et à 5 mn à pied des boutiques et restaurants. Aucun bruit la nuit juste les petites vagues pour bercer. Tout fonctionne parfaitement : les 3 climatiseurs et la douche neuve avec un bon débit d’eau chaude. Cafetière nespresso. La terrasse est superbe et la vue est magnifique. Convient pour 4 personnes. Nous reviendrons.

The best accommodation I’ve ever stayed at on holiday. The sea views are amazing the property is clean and modern with everything you need.The private roof top space is a fantastic area to lay on a sun bed and watch the sea view.
Close to everything you need but quiet at same time.
Katerina is a brilliant host. 10 out 10 you will not find a better host or accommodation to stay at on the island of Koss.
Hope to return back again soon.
