Easy of getting into the property and communication from the owner.

Spacious rooms, parking, good shower, clean. Close to conference venue. Shop nearby.
Cleaner still there when we arrived at 18.30hr, despite check in being available from 15.00hr.
There was no hand towel in downstairs loo, and we had to find the toilet roll for it.
Bannister falling apart
Bath and pedestal mats need to be cleaned between guests
Mattresses are very noisy- we could hear each other turn over!
Shower curtain hooks rusting onto the curtain.

House is a family house with three floors, a ground floor with a kitchen, and a small toilet that can be used. The first floor has three rooms with another toilet to use. No idea about the last floor, but imagine two beds with a bathroom.
The room is a good size and bit messy. can remove unnecessary things and make the closet more accessible. Nice view on the field with a small foldable table provided. The bed is not bad, clean, and comfortable. The owner is good and offered to provide towels but already brought mine.
The kitchen can use some fixing/cleaning but has everything with microwave and kettle. Two parking front of house and were always taken but more space next to house dedicated street parking. Recommend for solo short stays.
The walls were a bit thin, and I could hear snoring from the next room. There was also a smoking smell, not cigarettes, not sure from where. The carpet needs more cleaning/hovering even though the owner asks to remove shoes.
