Posizione ECCELLENTE davvero vicinissima alla spiaggia e anche a una Conad dove si può trovare tutto. Casa deliziosa, ampia, con gli spazi che servivano, dotata di TUTTO (qualsiasi cosa serve c’è, dai canovacci agli utensili della cucina, pentole stoviglie, mollette per il bucato, arnesi per il barbecue… super)
Il bagno al piano terra non funzionava bene ma sono certa che se fossi stata più tempo l’agenzia avrebbe risolto il problema perché sono sempre stati molto veloci e disponibili a rispondere.

The house is located 100m from a very pretty beach, has an enclosed garden, a beautiful outdoor patio in the back, 2 comfortable beds, new windows, A/C in all rooms and a recently remodeled upstairs bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and, for the most part, the house is tastefully decorated. There is room inside the gate to park 3 cars, a supermarket within walking distance, and it is a short trip to center of Terracina.
There were, unfortunately, some serious issues with the house during our stay. 1) There was a problem with the septic tank which caused the downstairs bathroom to smell and be unusable for most of our stay. An attempt was made to correct it mid week, but the problem returned within a few hours. 2) The Wi-Fi was not working for more than 80% of the time, despite my repeated efforts to get the owner, who refused to reimburse me 100 Euros for the inconvenience, to fix it. The house should not be advertised as having Wi-Fi until this is fixed. I teleworked with my iPhone hotspot. 3)A pump near the entrance made a continuous whirring noise, clearly needing maintenance. 4) The lights inside the house all flicker, as if there is an issue with the stability of the electricity. 5) There are no mosquito nets on the windows. 6) The mattress in the single bedroom is thin and uncomfortable. 7) Considering that we paid almost 1,800 Euros for 7 nights, we expected better and found the failure of the owner to address these problems during our stay, or better, prevent them from occurring by performing the necessary maintenance during the off season, as wrong and as a failed attempt to economize.
