L'emplacement, proche du tram, épiceries, carrefour marketing, banque....le tout a pied, la place de parking
Le manque de stores à la fenêtre de la cuisine, et manque un petit marche pied à la salle bain pour les petit enfants.

It's a very nice apartment cozy and comfortable. Nothing more than that. Enough for 1 night because of many issues.
1. Unacceptable way to enter especially if you have a car. You must leave your car unprotected in the street, call an automated number that opens the door then you go up 3 floors to get the keys, you come down 3 floors, you park your car, then you go again 3 floors up.In check out again, you come down 3 floors on foot of course to unlock the parking door which is always locked then you go up again then down again. And Noone in the phone if you need sth. What simpler could be to have a keybox somewhere to get and leave the keys?
2. Very dirty. Hair on linen, sponge in kitchen must be from Noe era, all shampoo and soap bottles totally empty, scratched walls, dry boogers on the walls, bathroom drains smelt so badly,towels dry and grey. And on top of that, the management company requested that we clean the place before we go, by unmaking the beds, taking the rubbish with us, and cleaning the fridge. Really? So what should you do??? Just taking the money?
