Proche du centre-ville, lit propre et confortable, grande douche. Explications claires pour accéder au logement.
Proximité avec une rue très passante avec beaucoup de véhicules en journée, assez calme la nuit. Mauvaise isolation sonore. L'escalier est très très raide et les marches donnent l'impression qu'elles vont céder sous nos pieds. Des poils d’animaux sur une bonne partie du canapé mais pas dans le lit.

Facilité de se garer à proximité (grand parking gratuit à proximité).
Très propre. Cuisine très bien équipée. Décoration intérieure.
Marché de Lannion exceptionnel.
Rénovation des communs en cours de finition.
L'escalier d'accès à la chambre n'est pas forcément adapté à tout le monde. Mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé.
