Located on the edge of a wood and in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, 3 km from the beaches of Trébeurden and Beg Léguer, on the Lannion-Trébeurden axis. 10 minutes from Perros-Guirec.

-Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle.
-Garage area of 6 m2 with dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, electric barbecue, shelves.
-Living room with 2-seater sofa bed, 80 cm television, free wifi internet and Ethernet socket.
-Terrace with 4-seater garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, parasol.
-Bedroom of 7 m2 with 140 cm double bed, walk-in closet.
-Bathroom of 4 m2 with furniture, shower, WC.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. En effet celui-ci est spacieux, moderne, bien équipé et propre. La terrasse en bois est très agréable et bien située (au calme, sans vis-à-vis). Le propriétaire est très sympathique. L'appartement est bien situé.

Logement bien situé, confortable ,mais pas très propre . Grande fete chez les propriétaires la première nuit ,bruyant jusqu à 4 heures du matin.
