Location was perfect , near a best Western Hotel, exactly near the Train Station, so when we came tired from walking in Venice, we just step out from train and went to our room. The room was big.
One bathroom with wc+ sink+ shower and one bathroom with wc+ sink were shared between people in the 3 rooms, but this wasn't actually a big inconvenient. The kitchen was also shared but it didn't have enough or proper dishes or mugs or glasses for the common use. We could only use the table and 3 or 4 chairs and the fridge + microwave, but nothing else was there. There were 1-2 plastic forks, spoons, 1 knife , 2 very small mugs... We were 3 people and we could not prepare 3 instant coffees in the same time. The assumption was that everybody will go to restaurants downstairs to eat...

I had difficulty finding the hostel because the GPS position leads to a parking door. I also tried calling the number provided, but the person who answered only spoke Italian, so I had to find someone else to translate.
For future guests, please add a remark asking them to call you once they arrive at the GPS location, and that someone who speaks another language (not only Italian) should be available to assist.

Bien ubicado muy cerca de la estación del tren y la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable. La habitación estaba cómoda y limpia
La limpieza en la cocina y su mantenimiento está un poco antigua y en la ducha, aunque estaba limpia le faltaba un poco más de atención.

L'emplacement était idéal, tout juste en face de la gare et tout prêt de la station autobus, donc très facile pour se rendre à Venise. La communication avec les responsables de la propriété a été très bonne au début du séjour.
Propreté, j'ai moi-même dû enlever des gros montants de cheveux qui bloquaient le drain de la douche. Les planchers ne sont pas très propres. Un des autres locataires est allé fumer sur le petit balcon, mais sans fermer les portes, l'apartement s'est très rapidement rempli de fumée de cigarettes, donc intolérable... Un autre locataire a laissé un dégât important d'eau lorsqu'il a pris sa douche.
