The property is in an ideal location for skegness, Ingoldmells, and all other surrounding locations with only a few miles of each other and skegness Beach being the first you come to.

It was easy to collect the keys from the lock box but it was left to the very last minute to give us the code.
The caravan was easy to find and had a nice location on the park, near to the clubhouse and the bus stop, which was ideal to use to get around Skegness. The caravan was clean and contained everything that we needed. There were garden chairs and an umbrella supplied, which was a bonus.
The caravan is a bit run down and dated and could do with some TLC. The oven is rusty and new covers on the sofa would make so much difference. The bathroom sink had been bodged and came off the wall as it had been glued with no support.
The single beds are really narrow.
