good location near Skegness, great facilities and almost everything was provided. comfy beds and spacious rooms made it easy to enjoy the weekend.

We had a lovely time. The location was nice and quite. The van inside was nicely done out the appliances where of a high standard. Everything was clean. The booklet that has photos of remotes ect and what button dose what .and the boiler . And lots more besides brilliant. Beds where comfy as was the sofas. With out doubt we would stay again . A great homley feel to it .made you wish it was yours. We both said we could live in it

Nice modern caravan in a good location on a nice site.

It could do with a deep clean on the sofas and chairs as there were a few marks. But nothing that was dirty, it just looked a bit worn and used.

The caravan was beautiful, location was perfect.

On arrival we had no gas heating or hot water, we tried to contact the holiday let company but where close then when we finally got hold of them it took 24 hours to get the issue sorted out apart from a few set back the caravan and holiday was very nice ..
