Whether you’re planning a weekend retreat or a weeklong adventure, it’s your perfect base for exploring Broken Bow and Beavers Bend.
On the lower level, enjoy the dedicated game room with a foosball table, family board games, and a cozy bunk room that sleeps four in custom twin bunks. With its own full bathroom, it’s a great hangout for kids, teens, or extra guests.
Upstairs, relax in the open-concept living area featuring vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, and forest views. The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, while the spa-inspired king suite offers a luxurious retreat with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 2 rolls of paper towels
• Trash bags
• Hand soap pump at each sink
• 10 oz. Dawn dish soap
• 1 dishwashing washable cloth (we no longer provide sponges for sanitary reasons)
• 2 dish towels
• 2 bar mop towels
• 1 bath towel per guest
• 1 washcloth per guest
• 2–3 hand towels (based on guest count)
• Laundry detergent (if the cabin has a washer/dryer)

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Maximum Guests: 8 (strictly enforced)
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping inside the cabin
• Pet-Friendly: Dogs only (max 2)
• No cats allowed
• Dogs must be crated if left unattended
• No pets on furniture or beds
• Additional fees may apply for pet hair on linens, rugs, or furniture
• Undeclared pets will incur additional charges
• Fire Safety:
• Do not use fire pit or fireplaces during burn bans
• Bring your own firewood and matches
• Never leave fires unattended
• Hot Tub:
• No glass or food in or near the tub
• Children must be supervised
• Septic System Awareness:
• Flush toilet paper only
• No grease, food, or feminine products in drains
• Driveway & Access:

We absolutely loved our stay at Cozy Creek Cabin. The property is exactly what we were hoping for. It is peaceful, private, and completely surrounded by nature. The year-round creek just outside adds such a relaxing backdrop as I enjoyed my coffee outside and disconnected from everything. The sound of the water made mornings on the deck feel like something out of a movie. Like it was complete paradise.The cabin itself is spotless and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. No one felt crowded at all. The game room downstairs was a big hit for the kids, and the hot tub overlooking the creek was our highlight of every evening. It’s rare to find a spot this nice without any neighbors nearby. For us it truly felt like our own private retreat.If you’re looking for a place to disconnect from the world, enjoy nature, and still have all the modern comforts, this cabin is has it all. We’re already talking about coming back once it gets colder!

Cozy Creek Cabin was absolutely wonderful. It was just as described! The check in process was simple and easy and the cabin was spotless. I loved the privacy and that we didn’t have to worry about neighbors or people nearby. It made it so easy to just unplug and enjoy nature, especially while sitting in the hot tub. The kids loved the basement game room and bunk beds and the master soaking tub was MUCH needed! Communication with the owners was quick and friendly. Five stars all around! If I could rate higher, then I would. All that to say, I highly recommend Cozy Creek for a quiet, family friendly getaway.
