About this bed and breakfast
We know details are important. We kept this in mind while transforming this former 2 car garage into a stunning two bedroom apartment. Full kitchen (gas stove), full bathroom, laundry, skylight, mood lighting, good toilet paper, soap, sound machine - we`ve thought of everything. Come relax in our space.
A quarter mile to US 31 for easy access into Carmel and Indy`s Northside
A short drive to plenty of dining, shopping, and the Monon Trail
A quarter mile to Grand Park
This unit is an adjacent structure to the main house. There is a single shared wall that has a utility room in between the unit and the main home. This is a former garage that has been converted into a modern residence. It has no internal attachment/passage to the main home and the entry is on the north side (left if facing) of the garage.
This unit has an open concept kitchen and living space featuring 2BR`s and 1 full bath. This unit also has a washer and dryer.
BR1- King Bed
BR2- Bunk Bed (full on bottom, twin on top)
No stairs in this ground level unit
This can be rented in conjunction with Grand Park Team Stay 4BR/7 BED/2.5BA
Minutes from downtown Westfield, Clay Terrace, Carmel, and Indy`s North Side
Located off of Highway 31 west on 191st to Tomlinson Road
Unit is located a quarter mile from Grand Park
Please note that occasionally items such as decor, rugs, bedding, or furniture will need replaced due to wear and tear. We make every effort to ensure any replacements keep the same artistic and relaxing atmosphere of the unit.

** Please note that we understand many families will be coming for tournaments at Grand Park and surrounding complexes, however, refunds will not be issued in the middle of a stay when teams do not advance.
** This unit can be rented in conjunction with the adjacent 5BD/2.5BA/4BR Grand Park Team Stay home to create a larger space for your group or family.
