Wyndham Westfield

Most of the staff (especially John D.) was superb, along with the room and the facilities. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom (shower) was nice!

The breakfast buffet was awful. 😞 The eggs were instant, not fresh. The bacon was okay, but the potatoes were very bland and didn't taste too good. The breakfast attendant who took our vouchers picked and choose who she thought should pay. There were at least one to two women that I observed that did not pay. The breakfast attendant even asked ONLY US what our room number was AFTER we gave her our breakfast vouchers. I asked one of the women eating breakfast if the breakfast attendant asked her for her room number. She said no. I spoke with a man claiming to be her manager and told him what happened. He wasn't very helpful either. My husband and I said that we wouldn't eat breakfast there anymore.

Everything was phenomenal. For $102 per night, this was fantastic. We felt like the elite!

Location was perfect. Simple room without unnecessary things that just make things over complicated. Good bedding. Soft bed. Very nice shade situation on the window.

Breakfast was awful and expensive. The staff looked like they were very unhappy to be there. Biscuits were rock hard and they honestly should have been embarrassed to serve them and charge what they charged. Their “grab and go” area was almost empty. I was there two days and no one restocked. The phone in the room did not work. The menu for the restaurant downstairs said there was room service at certain times but those times were listed nowhere and the phone didn’t work in the room. No menu for the restaurant in the room or on the website.
