Hotel staff were very pleasant, informative and friendly!!!! We had a great view from our well cleaned room of the pond behind the hotel. I loved the Bluetooth speakers built into the bathroom mirror and the bathroom was spacious and well cleaned! Very well decorated rooms and lobby! All the exercise equipment worked and were clean as well!
I didn’t like that free breakfast wasn’t offered and the restaurant prices were a tad pricey. I wish that streaming services were available for use on the televisions.

Location was perfect. Simple room without unnecessary things that just make things over complicated. Good bedding. Soft bed. Very nice shade situation on the window.
Breakfast was awful and expensive. The staff looked like they were very unhappy to be there. Biscuits were rock hard and they honestly should have been embarrassed to serve them and charge what they charged.
Their “grab and go” area was almost empty. I was there two days and no one restocked.
The phone in the room did not work. The menu for the restaurant downstairs said there was room service at certain times but those times were listed nowhere and the phone didn’t work in the room. No menu for the restaurant in the room or on the website.
