- An open-plan kitchen with sink, oven, fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and various other accessories (juicer, electric mixer, grater, chopping board, utensils);
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and duvet;
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin;
- Separate toilet;
1st floor:
- A first bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm);
- A second bedroom with two single bunk beds, standard size (90x190cm) with duvets and pillows;
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and WC;
- Completely enclosed garden and fully equipped south-east-facing terrace with dining table for 6, barbecue, parasol and sun loungers;
- Parking available on reserved spaces in front of the house.
- Charges included: bed linen, household linen (towels and tea towels).
