El propietario me pidió pago de tasa turistica en efectivo. Y como no deja constancia me brindé a pagar en transferencia o bizum, no aceptó. A partir de este asunto, todo mal. Me está diciendo que no podía entrar bicicletas de carretera dentro de la casa, cuando no hemos ocasiando ningún desperfecto.

Casa noua, moderna, cu toate dotarile necesare (inclusiv pastile de cafea si detergenti). AC peste tot. Tot ce doresti ai la dispozitie. Parcare in curte

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la Villetta indipendente La Perla e non possiamo che consigliarla! Si tratta di una struttura ecologica, dotata delle tecnologie più moderne, tutto è nuovo, curato e arredato con gusto. La villetta è completamente indipendente, immersa in un bel giardino privato dove rilassarsi in tranquillità. La posizione è ideale, con il mare a due passi. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili, ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Un vero gioiello per chi cerca comfort, relax e sostenibilità!

The villa is a modern, brand new building, perfectly equipped and very tastefully decorated, located in a beautiful and quiet area. It is suitable for relaxation, we slept very well at night, the bedrooms can be completely darkened and the house is really quiet. The location is great, the sea is 25 minutes far by car, on the advice of the host we took the train to Venice, very convenient, fast and perfect solution. The host is kind and attentive, we arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed. The property is perfect in every way, the photos show how beautiful it is. I highly recommend staying here! I would go back anytime!
