Only 10 km from Treviso, which enchants with its beautiful buildings with ancient frescoes and its small canals, in a rural setting on the outskirts of the small town of San Biagio di Callalta with various stores and services, is this part of an old restored farmhouse with a large communal garden, barbecue, children's playground. The position of the vacation home is strategic: near fascinating art cities such as Treviso, Venice (40 km), Padua (70 km) and Vicenza (95 km); Only 30 km from the Adriatic coast with its long sandy beaches and lively seaside resorts such as Lido di Jesolo (36 km), Eraclea Mare (39 km), Caorle (52 km) with stores and services of all kinds, restaurants, bars, discos , water and amusement parks; Less than 100 km away the Dolomites. The house extends over two floors, offers plenty of space and is furnished with attention to detail. Although the garden is for common use with the owners, guests have their own area to relax. The various Palladio villas - UNESCO heritage, and some beautiful medieval towns and characteristic villages are within easy reach: Roncade, Castelfranco Veneto, Oderzo, Vittorio Veneto, Cison di Valmarino, Asolo. 20 min. from the house, on the river Sile, there is the possibility of boat trips to the Venice lagoon and islands. A rich gastronomic offer: In the area there are many trattorias and restaurants, many wineries where you can taste famous wines such as Prosecco, Cabernet and Raboso. Located in rural area, spacious and comfortable house. The owners are very gracious hosts with helpful tips on area to visit during our stay. As we were cycling, we found the house perfectly located to venture, using our rental car, from flatlands to the majestic Dolomites with easy access to the various starting points.

The house has lot‘s of space. The landlord lives in the same house and can give you recommendations for the landscape nearby.
