Modern 1 bedroom house

- the welcome basket – lovely touch - great location, easy to access all the places we wanted to visit from here - kitchen is well-equipped, we had everything we needed, and appreciated the extras such as washing up liquid, tea/coffee etc which make self-catering so much easier - great off-street parking - streaming TV, big plus - free Wi-Fi a bonus - generally a quiet area

- the property was quite hard to find as there is no house number and the front door faces a road with a different name from the address - the key safe was hard to locate and very low down - some better instructions about finding the house and key safe would have made our arrival less stressful! - some areas were not as clean as we would have expected - carpets looked unhoovered and there was an accumulation of dust in some corners - the shower gel was a nice touch but unfortunately so watery and lacking any smell that we ended up buying our own - some noise from the neighbours at times (after 11pm)

Ideally located, reasonable price and nice space

Window fittings are poorly fitted letting in a lot of cold air

Convenient for where we needed to be

Was really cosy, shower was so powerful and nice and hot and was given a welcome hamper which we really enjoyed
