The view is just insane. It’s an incredible hotel and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. A very relaxed vibe about the place and would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent location with the fantastic view every single day. It was very convenient to have a pizza restaurant right in the same building for those lazy days after wandering around. Indoors pool was also really good entertainment for some days and plenty for kids to explore.

Might be that the water pressure/drainage could have been better, but considering the placement, facilities were really good. Also some things could have been slightly upgraded, like sauna which was not working/functional, but that’s not critical.

The breakfast at the hotel was really great — a huge variety and everything was fresh. The view from the hotel was stunning, and the atmosphere during breakfast was enhanced by the beautiful lakeside setting.

The pool and location which had the most spectacular views of Lake Garda and the surrounding hills. The restaurant for dinner was great and breakfast plentiful and clean.

The lack of instruction from the hotel that a car is essential. The hotel is located in Tignale and is not properly serviced by public transport and is set back in the hills. Only one toilet roll supplied and guests advised to take their own plus washing up liquid and tea towels. A taxi cost 40 euros to travel 6 miles to Gargnano to catch the ferry. Several taxi trips required. The last taxi had collected 3 girls from hotel next door to ours. They were travelling the same 6 miles as us, yet the driver charged both groups 40 euros each! A total of 80 euros to travel a mere 6 miles. Felt totally ripped off!!
