The staff is very helpful and always smiling
The hotel is nicely located near Lake Garda and amazing views
The hotel is aging a lot. We initially got a small room with a very bad mattress. We asked to change to another room and got a more comfortable one...
The wifi is quite bad and in some places even non-existent. This is especially a problem because there is also limited network in the area.

-Reinigungspefsonal freundlich und gründlich
- viel zu klein,das waren niemals 18qm!!
- private Pool GIBT ES nicht ,es war ein Pool 300m weg vom Haus ,der weder privat war noch geöffnet >> hiermit sollte NICHT geworben werden !!!!
-sehr laut > bzw. sehr schlecht gedämmte Fenster /raum
