It’s a new property so everything was fresh. It’s located very near to Venice Mestry train station and has number of restaurants in neighbourhood.
They have a common kitchen but didn’t had any coffee cups. I think it’s a new setup so may be they missed putting them. They have coffee machine, cooking hob, plates and glasses though only cups missing for some reason.

Ottima posizione raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria;
Camera spaziosa e ristrutturata;
Camera pulita;
Bagno in camera;
Letto confortevole;
Staff gentile e disponibile.
Check in: abbiamo dovuto aspettare fuori un bel po' (pioveva) prima che rispondessero alla nostra chiamata e arrivasse qualcuno ad aprirci. Il campanello non é visibile e una volta scoperto comunque nessuno rispondeva. Questo è sicuramente un punto da migliorare perché si ha l'impressione che non ci sia nessuno nella struttura;
Il numero civico non corrisponde al 140b ma è 140;
La camera è fredda bisogna lasciare acceso il condizionatore e a un certo punto comunque è capitato che dopo un po' si spegnesse da solo;
Il bagno è freddo senza possibilità di poterlo riscaldare.

É perto da estação de metrô, tem padaria próximo e restaurante também.
Nosso ar condicionado não estava funcionando, passamos bastante frio para dormir. Lá não fica funcionário, então não tinha pra quem pedir ajuda. A internet também ficou caindo.

Bella hall, personale gentile e disponibile.
La camera non era pronta, e mi è stata consegnata col pavimento ancora bagnato.
Mancante la tv, maniglia della porta del bagno rotta, e di conseguenza non si chiudeva.
La pompa di calore ad un certo punto, di notte, ha smesso di funzionare…con le alette aperte, come se fosse saltata la corrente in quella linea, e non c’è stato verso di ripartire.
