The apartment was new, clean and well maintained.
The host made sure we reach safely from the airport despite our arrival late at night. He was very helpful about the city tourist tax.
The location is perfect, walking distance to the inner wall of the city and on the route to San Luca.
Neighbourhood is quiet and clean.
We will definitely come back here next time we are in town.

- The apartment is spacious, great for longer stay and/or for traveling with family.
- The location is perfect. Just outside of Porta Sant'Isaia and a short walk to the city center.

The location was PERFECT. Very close to the city center, with a bus stop nearby.
The apartment was very nice and comfortable for us as a family.
Alessandro was very helpful and always available in case of necessity.
Moreover, being able to park in the premises is great, considering the parking and traffic situation in Bologna.

Het was comfortabel, net gerenoveerd, goede bedden en ruim van opzet en charmant.
De accommodatie ligt op een redelijk druk punt met twee drukke straten waar aardig wat verkeer is. Er is geen airconditioning en er zijn geen ventilatoren. Bij warme dagen is er dan s’avonds en s’nachts geen enkele verkoeling. In combinatie met het verkeer verstoort dat de nachtrust significant.
