Super location — we were able to see everything in Rouen on foot. However, there were several issues: the ceilings are very low, the apartment was quite dirty, the shower drain was clogged, and there was no toilet paper. On the positive side, everything else needed for living was provided. Also, we saw rats in the courtyard at night.

Le confort de l’appartement, petit mais très agréable et fonctionnel, c’est très appréciable d’avoir une chambre séparée de la cuisine avec un accès direct à la salle de douche/wc. L’appartement donne sur une cour intérieur, le calme est très appréciable Merci pour les petites attentions !
2 étages à monter par un escalier étroit mais ça fait partie du charme du lieu 🤩. Par rapport au commentaire du bruit de la VMC de la salle de bain : il suffit de fermer la porte et on ne l’entend plus !
