super localisation près de l'université Pasteur, non loin des lignes de bus express et du centre ville
un supermarché est dans le secteur ce qui est très commode. super calme!
Le chauffage est géré à distance et nous n'avons pas la main sur le réglage, j'ai passé 2 jours sur la fonction hors gel à 7°C.
la salle de bains est fonctionnelle cependant la baignoire devrait avoir un pare douche étanche car ca dégrade le placo.
