Location is excellent for central London. Finding the keys was easy after being sent videos and photos. We got told we could pay £12 per bag for storage before check in which I misunderstood and was there for 1pm expecting to drop them off free. We only had rucksacks for a 1 night stay so not worth it. We went to a lovely small Italian across the road and spent the money on wine.
Communication from everyone was speedy which was good. All queries were answered promptly.
We travel a lot and I have never been hounded by anywhere ever to say I am not having a party as much as this company. Even the day before arrival we were being told we should not have a party and had to be quiet 10pm-8am. Made us nervous to speak. We booked stating we were going to watch the Sumo wrestling and then would be sleeping, getting up and leaving.
Being asked to submit ID for everyone as well was weird. I was being asked to submit to a portal that I had no access to so then was given an email address to send them to. When I checked to see all was well, they hadn't received them so I had to submit them to a different email address. All very strange.
The flat has simple furnishing, is averagely cleaned, beds are very firm but fine for one night.

Location was ideal to Central London .
Apartment was Spacious and accommodating for a group of 7 people
The directions to the property was not very accurate, a photo of the outside signage would have been helpful.
Inside looked clean & tidy. In closer inspection however the bedding could have done with an iron. There were a few cockroaches scooting about the place which was not pleasant.
I was constantly getting asked to confirm that we were not there to “Party” which I did multiple times but was still sent messages & texts and even a phone call from a call centre before we checked in at all to confirm we where not there to Party & if so the Police would be called and we would be fined and asked to leave …so our group was nervous we wouldn’t even be able to talk in the property !!!
