Location and size of property is excellent
No driveway to load/unload luggage. No porter service easily available so it was tough getting help to load luggage’s into the lobby as one needs to hold doors and bring in luggage’s at the same time.

This was our second stay at these apartments, in a 1 bedroom with a separate living/dining room, a bathroom and a good size kitchen with glass hob, full oven, microwave, full size fridge & freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster & pod coffee machine. Fairly well equiped with the basic equipment for cooking. Washer/dryer, kitchen towels, with dishwasher, dish and washing machine soaps provided.
Lovely warm apartment with a good shower.
Housekeeping were really great & happy to restock anything we ran out of. Always friendly, smiling service!
The front desk staff were extremely helpful in rebooking us to extend our stay when were unable to travel due to flight disruptions. Good location with a Waitrose downstairs, an M&S food hall a few minutes walk away and a Wholefoods.
Unfortunately both the king size bed and sofa were firm and uncomfortable for us.
There was an issue with the heating system turning itself off, but maintance attended to it immediately.
