Location, great communication with the host, cleanliness,on site parking and nice pub at the end of the road with which had very good food.
Room was a little cramped (for my liking) but was still functional so not a bad point in truth just my preference.

Very kind, and to prove it: we got to nibble on our host's freshly baked cake in front of the old sheepwash of the Undercliffs towards Lyme Regis.

Peaceful location.Very clean.Lovely cream tea provided by our host Lynne.
Nice shower.Parking space.
Double bed against wall which meant my partner had to climb over me to get to toilet in the night! Not very practical.
Room was small.
