This family- and pet-friendly apartment blends practical comfort with serene nature views, offering a warm base for exploring the Harz region. The open kitchen comes fully equipped for home dining, including a ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
The cozy living/dining room features a seating area, flat-screen TV, and dining table, ideal for laid-back evenings or sharing meals. Sleep soundly in one double bedroom (180 × 200 cm) and a twin room with two singles (90 × 200 cm each). The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and washbasin—with underfloor heating throughout to keep things extra snug.
Step out onto your private terrace and enjoy a shared garden with volleyball court and sandpit—perfect for kids and playful pups alike. Baby essentials like a cot and high chair are provided, along with insect screens for added comfort.

We had a fantastic stay at the holiday apartment in Güntersberge! The views of the lake were simply stunning, especially during sunset from our terrace, The apartment itself was modern and cozy, making it the perfect base for our family vacation, The kids loved swimming in the lake and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, Plus, having a bread roll delivery service in the morning was a lovely touch! We can't wait to return and explore more of the Harz Mountains!
