About this house rental
In Diernæs you will find this completely renovated cottage with very good use of space. There is a large and spacious kitchen / living room, from which there is a distribution to two of the bedrooms and the bathroom. In addition, there are two annexes with good sleeping accommodations. It is one annex is at the same time equipped with activities so that many hours of fun can be spent with play and competitions. The house has many technical necessities, e.g. heat pump, washing machine, high speed internet and Smart TV. Outside, over 85 m2 of terraces await, so that the outdoor life can be lived all day long with morning coffee on one terrace and evening coffee on another terrace. Here you also have various outdoor games available e.g. badminton and king games. There is a gas grill so you can grill the steaks quickly. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

We enjoyed our time here, especially the spacious terrace with beautiful garden views, It was the perfect spot for morning coffee, The location is convenient for visiting nearby Koldinghus, making it easy to fit in some sightseeing during our stay,
