The well-kept single-family house, built in 2008, is located in the upper part of the village Sunny and quiet position with panoramic view of the Magadino plain and the surrounding mountain range, from the balcony also view of the lake. In front of the house there is the beautiful outdoor area with terrace with dining table, garden seating and lawn. Covered balcony. Driveway until about 100m. Foothpath/stairs to the house. Reserved parking space. Village center with bus stop, small shop about 300m. Lake with swimming facilities and swimming pool about 5 km. Bed/kitchen linen and washing machine available.
