Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Raumaufteilung i.O. - Mobiliar eher dürftig - veraltet und unbequeme Stühle (Esstisch). In der Küche "fehlt" ein Mikrowellenapparat ...wäre praktisch.

Wer am Abend auf der Piazza gegessen hat und zu Fuss zur Fehrienwohnung zurückkehren will, muss eine steile Strasse oder eine lange Treppe meistern können, wenn er das Auto nicht benützen will.
