The Spanish Revival and Moorish “Old World” inspired décor is skillfully melded with the modern conveniences of a traditional California ranch home. The stylish harmony of artistic and luxury features include hand textured stucco walls, beautiful mix of distressed wood furniture, rustic Spanish tile floors, vibrant ceramic tile accents, arched niches, French doors, custom window shades, organic fabrics, designer lighting, ceiling fans, soothing natural color tones and whimsical art objects. MAIN INDOOR LIVING SPACES

The grand living room furnished with comfortable large leather sofas and club chairs is the ideal gathering spot for family and friends to watch a movie on the 65-inch ROKU Smart TV or curl up on a cool night in front of the cozy gas fireplace. The adjoining dining area accommodates 8 guests and is well suited for holiday gatherings or an intimate dinner. A handy wet bar is conveniently located and stocked with a wide variety of glassware for your craft cocktails and mocktails.

Centered in the heart of the home is the fully equipped chef’s kitchen featuring a plethora of custom made pine cabinets, prep island plus enormous peninsula with bar seating, Jenn-Air gas cooktop, built-in microwave & wall oven, side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and water in the door, double porcelain sinks, dishwasher and much more. There’s plenty of room for all of the chefs and sous chefs in this spacious kitchen. Plus there are a variety of dishes, and drinking glasses (both indoor and outdoor), cooking utensils, spices, etc. The open layout allows the cook to join in conversation with guests or capture the backyard activities and brilliant sunshine through the large picture windows and French doors.

OUTDOORS LIVING SPACES

Bathed in year round sunshine, the magnificent outdoor-living environment is what makes this property truly special. The completely private grounds are walled and gated to provide the utmost seclusion and safety for your guests, children or furry friends. Lovely desert gardens abound filled with ficus hedges, plumeria, bougainvillea, citrus tree, cacti, rock gardens and many varieties of succulent plants.

Explore the variety of outdoor living spaces to suit all of your leisure activities. The charming front courtyard with covered patio is the perfect space to sip morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The large backyard entertainment loggia with wood beamed covering and 3 ceiling fans is the ideal spot if you seek shade from the hot desert sun. Take a refreshing dip or float aimlessly in the sparkling lagoon style pool. Soak your cares away in the elevated spa with waterfall that cascades into the pool and an easy remote-control operation. For sun worshipers, there are comfortable padded chaise lounges. At sunset, enjoy dinner seated around the outdoor dining table overlooking the pool. There is also a built-in natural gas BBQ with outdoor sink and prep area for your vacation cookout.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS

All three bedrooms are furnished with comfort and tranquility in mind. Each is nicely appointed with high quality linens, plush new mattresses, plenty of closet space, ceiling fans, ROKU smart TVs and French doors leading to various outdoor patios. The grand primary suite is a private sanctuary with a rich wood double door entry, sitting area with plush velvet club chairs, King bed with tufted headboard, 65” ROKU Smart TV and access to the pool and spa through French doors. The sumptuous en suite bath offers a spacious walk-in custom tile enclosure with double showerheads, deep soaking tub, double vanity sinks and enormous walk-in closet with built in dressers.

The 2 private guest bedrooms offer Queen beds and access to the outdoor courtyards through French doors. The hall bath features a custom tiled walk-in shower with built-in bench seat. The third full bath doubles as a pool bath and features a standup shower.

AMENITIES

For our guests added convenience we offer a separate laundry/mud room with full size Maytag washer and dryer and utility sink, WiFi, 2-car garage, estate disposal service. All linens, towels & a pool float provided too.

OPTIONAL FEES

For stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool & spa heat fee is $100/night or $650/week. Pool heat is not needed between June-September. If you do not want pool heat but would like to heat the spa, the cost is $65/night. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.

This private Spanish showplace is the ultimate Palm Springs getaway for discerning snowbirds looking for a private, relaxing, and warm retreat. It is ideal for family vacations and holidays. It’s also well suited for couples looking for a quiet and romantic getaway. We strive to provide you all the comforts of home without the work. That is why we offer all our guests access to a local property manager on call to attend to your needs. Weekly gardening service and pool service twice per week are also provided. Close to downtown Palm Springs village center, it’s the perfect locale to experience all the attractions and entertainment that Palm Springs has to offer including day spas, golfing, boutiques, museums, art galleries, dining, coffee houses, cabarets, live theatre, hiking, biking, horseback riding, gambling, bars and night clubs. The location is within walking distance to Morton’s Botanical Garden, Indian Canyon hiking trails, Mr. Lyons restaurant & bar, Ace Hotel and other local favorites eateries like El Mirasol, Bar Cecil, Koffi and Kreem ice cream shop. You will also be about 1 mile from Ralph’s Fresh Fare grocery store, Walgreens, Ace Hardware and lots of casual dining.

International guests will find Palm Springs to be an ideal "home base" for daytrip excursions to Southern California. Enjoy nearby Joshua Tree National Monument (an extraordinary national park set in the desert) and theme parks within a two-hour drive including Disneyland (Anaheim) and Sea World (San Diego), Universal Studios (LA) as well as wineries and breweries in Temecula.
