About this house rental
Stylish Brand NEW Modern Home with PRIVATE Pool, Spa. Private desert oasis with mountain view, saltwater pool, SPA. Great location- 5 minutes to downtown Palm Springs and Tram Entrance. Palm Springs City ID #4521
Treat our home as if it was your own and we'll be fine. But make sure to have fun, that's what it's here for! Here's the stuff we have to say: -This is not a party house, city noise ordinances STRICTLY ENFORCED. Outdoor music is PROHIBITED in the City of Palm Springs. The city enforces this and if they are called/ drive by, you face a $100 fine. -We have a strict occupancy maximum of 6 on the property AT ANY TIME. Should we find more have stayed, you will be charged $100/person per night and run the risk of *major* fines. -Per City of Palm Springs rules, only 3 cars may be on the property at anytime. (This includes the street in front of house!) Please carpool. - . Arrivals before 5:00 P.M. or after 11:00 A.M. (the check-in/check-out times), without prior written agreement from Native Travel and the additional payment is strictly prohibited. Any guest found to be occupying the premises after the 11:00 A.M. checkout time will incur an additional fee of $100 for each hour after 11:00 A.M. -Please return all furniture to where you found it, or you will be charged a resetting fee of $1000. -Minimum age requirement is 25 for renters, per the City of Palm Springs. - Party NOT allowed - No smoking indoors . If you smoke you're an adult - that's your decision - just kindly do not smoke in the house and avoid the fine and keep your deposit. - Surveillance or recording devices on property - Security cameras in outdoor areas only.T hey run 24/7 but are not monitored unless an issue arises. - $100 daily pool heating charge (actual energy costs) and if added must be ordered for the length of your stay as it takes one day to come up to temperature and we turn it on before your arrival. - No decorations that can damage the property (Confetti, Silly String, Glitter, the use of any of these will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. -No burning of candles or incense in the house or in the garage or anywhere on property. - Please do not sit on ANY indoor furniture in wet swim suits or with sunscreen on. - No glass by the pool area!!! For your safety and others. - If anything breaks please notify me! - All windows and doors are left locked, and electrical devices, lights, and thermostat are turned off upon - We are not responsible for any personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Failure to comply can result in the loss of security deposit, immediate eviction from property, and possible other incurred charges by the city. Palm Springs has implemented a new ordinance for Vacation Rentals in the city and a whole new staff to enforce these. They are very strict when it comes to the amount of people staying at a property, loud noise violations now incur steep fines, and the possibility of immediate evictions. You are responsible not only for the fines you incur but also the fines the owner or property incurs for each incident. Please make yourself aware of this ordinance online. - Relax and enjoy yourselves!

Perfect Palm Springs house. We utilized the pool and hot tub everyday! Great location and listing was spot on. We will definitely be coming back to this house.

Great location, super quick uber or drive to downtown and close to i10 and the airport. Clean house, Pool and hot tub very astheticaly pleasing. Host was very quick to respond if needed.
