This unique place has a style all its own. Located the closest to Downtown you can get on Grandview Avenue - Mt. Washington, close (walking distance) to the Grandview Overlooks, the fantastic restaurants w/ those incredible views and essentially midway between each of the two inclines. Minutes from Downtown by car, Uber/Lyft or even via the inclines and "T" PAT Transit trolley/subway which goes through downtown and over to both PNC Park, Heinz Field, Rivers Casino & the North Shore venues'.
the building is a 4 unit apartment complex. This Airbnb unit is the top floor, up 2 plus flights of stairs.
Entry is through the front door with lockbox in the entry Vestibule. Then, up the stairs to an electronic keyless lock on the apartment. third door on the right, number 4.

This is the second time we've stayed in a unit in this building. The location is ideal for restaurants, bars, sporting events, and views. The host is great at communicating, and the apartment had everything you could possibly need. We'll be returning.
