Summary:
Great updated first floor apartment in the central neighborhood of Crafton Heights. Crafton Heights is central to both the Airport, Downtown and The Stadiums. This apartment has been recently updated, featuring a brand new, eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops, a super cozy living room and a well appointed bedroom space featuring high ceilings and plenty of drawer/closet space. There is a nice front porch that offers partial city views. Lastly there is a washer/dryer in the building!
The Space:
The space if fully yours to relax and enjoy. We hope to provide a great experience for you, with a fully stocked kitchen as well as plenty of towels and linens. There is a smart TV so that you can enjoy all of your streaming services via the free wifi.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire first floor, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. As well as the outside front porch and the shared basement (with upstairs long term tenant)
The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is unique in the fact it is very close to the City and Airport. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, fast food and bars and resturaunts only a quick drive away at Noble Manor (approx 1 mile).
Getting Around:
This property would work for both guests with or without vehicles as it is about 2 blocks from a central bus line.

Corey was very attentive and checked in frequently to make sure I was satisfied. The property was clean and well maintained and provided all necessities needed to cook. I would stay here again!

House met all of our needs. Very clean. Host was awesome. Would definitely stay with them again! There are a good amount of steps and they are steep. My partner and I got a kick out of the unique features of the house, but not recommended if you have vertigo. But neither is the city... It was my first time really exploring Pittsburgh and there are as many hills as SF. Had a great time! Thank you, Corey!

Owner has done a terrific job upgrading an old house to create a very cozy and sophisticated apartment. 7 minutes into downtown. The place was immaculate, and everything worked. Great bed!
3 minor issues:
1. the front steps challenged us, but we are 78 and 82.
2. The bathroom has a great shower, with plenty of hot water, but the toilet is very low (again we are still 78 and 82), and the bathroom is very snug.
3. The closet needs a pole to hang clothes.
Bottom line: Like Pittsburgh itself (my home town) it's a very charming place to stay (if a bit funky) at a VERY good price, and the Host is quite responsive. Try it!

Had a tough time getting access in to residence. A shade was missing on the kitchen door leading to the yard. A second TV is needed for the bedroom. More cookware is needed for the stove. The cable went out two days before our check out date.
