Bedroom and bathroom were nice. Good location
Breakfast is included but it’s just pastries so manage your expectations. Not comparable to other places we stayed (not as good). Also, we got in after hours and it was a bit challenging to figure out how to get in to the building and in to our room. It’s like an apartment building and not an actual hotel.

Great location in the Trieste waterfront area. Room was no frills but reasonable. Price reasonable. AC worked well to cool off on a warm day. Room was very quiet- on street but double paned glass. Room was large and plenty of room to spread out.
Check in process was cumbersome, no actual face to face host for check in. Unit was on 2nd floor without elevator so had to lug heavy bags up stairs. Not an actual hotel - a large apartment that had been subdivided into 3* large rooms each with private bathroom. Bed was okay but with foam mattress and was warm and not overly comfortable
