Appartement très bien, situé proche de tout, très calme.
Pour être honnête, il faudrait prévenir les clients qu’il y a cet étage à monter sans ascenseur. Cela peut poser des problèmes pour des gens à mobilité réduite et à aucun moment dans l’annonce, c’est stipulé que c’est au septième.

The bed was comfy. The rooftop is gorgeous especially at night (have to step out from the window to access). Let us check in an hour early!
Six flights of stairs to the top floor... we knew it was top floor, but we didn't realize how high (be warned)
Shower mount was broken. Shower was leaky even with door fully closed.
The dishes were not clean upon arrival.
There were only 1 pan and 1 pot, but 4 lids.
The chromecast wasn't working when we tried multiple times. We tried late at night so we didn't bother contacting the property.
Upon checkout, we double checked with the property to see what was expected of us. Due to poor planning on our part, we didn't have time to wash the dishes before leaving. The property told us that we were only expected to put the keys back, no other information. Later that day the property verbally berated me over messages. Even with an apology and explanation, they further communicated in an extremely unprofessional way; I was dumbfounded to say the least. I mentioned how the dishes were not clean upon our arrival at this point and they said I should have said something during check in... Like they would've come to clean the dishes?? I wish I took pictures but alas..
