Это отличное место. Рядом метро и магазины, тихо и уютно. Есть мелочи , но на проживание не влияют. Нам очень понравилось. Тихий район.
Душевую можно обновить, но все работает. Отличная квартира.

Très bel emplacement. Le métro n’est pas très loin et permet ainsi d’être rapidement connecté à la ville.
On sent bien que les équipements ont été utilisés. Je ne les ai pas utilisés par peur de les abîmer encore plus !
J’ai rencontré quelques soucis dans la salle de bain et la chambre et le propriétaire m’a informé qu’il était au courant de ces soucis.
