L'appartement est très bien situé, 5mn à pied du centre ville.
Très calme.
Les pièces sont spacieuses et lumineuses.
Petite épicerie en face très pratique et tenue par une personne très agréable.
La literie laisse à désirer.
La cuisine n'est pas très bien équipée (tiroirs/placards un peu esquintés).

La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare, il palazzo non si presenta per niente bene, bisogna salire una scala stretta e le parti comuni sono molto sporche
